Baby Shop Company Canada is run by a small team. There is no call centre script and no ticket queue: an email reaches the people who look after the orders.

We answer seven days a week and aim to reply within one business day. Email theteam@onlinebabyshop.net with your order number and the email address you used at the checkout, and we can find the order straight away.

The canadian administration office is 240 Richmond St W, Toronto, ON M5V 1V6, Canada. It is an office rather than a shop, so there is nothing to visit.
